Mickey is an exemplary RN. She is very knowledgeable and explains every aspect of procedures, test, treatments, medications and disease processes in a way that is easy to understand. I always learn something new from her. Her technical skills are exceptional. I come from a medical background so I really appreciate it when everything is done just perfect (no short cuts or excuses). She makes you feel special, like you're her only patient. She is eager to work with every hospital department on behalf.
