Malak was distinguished in transferring me from my room to the Cardiac Catheterization Lab (Cath Lab). I felt the difficulty of pushing the bed in addition to an adult patient weighing 115kilograms but Malak did not complain about how difficult it is. I felt her resilience through the task. After I left the Cath Lab, I was tired from the anesthesia and not having moved, my muscles ached. Malak made sure our transfer back to the room was smooth, she was dedicated to providing comfort and peace to me. Upon my return to my room, she settle me in and made sure that I was comfortable with transferring to the bed. I will not forget the situation after lunch when I did not want to eat a meal but she insisted and explained to me the importance of eating and it changed my mind. I ate lunch and felt at home and found my family's usual care with her. Wherever Malak is, she was always checking my health, constantly reassuring me about my progress.
