Mallory is top-notch in her knowledge, intelligence, and compassion. Every patient of mine who has had her as their nurse has voiced admiration and respect to her. Throughout her pregnancy, she has worked hard with a smile. She delivered her patient a few hours before going into labor herself. This kind of dedication is hard to come by and I want to recognize her for being easily the best L&D nurse.
There are more instances than I can remember, but I will have to write a book. In other words, I think she is one of our best nurses here in Medford. For the past 6 years, I have worked with Mallory at the Birthing Center. I can easily state that she is the most competent and compassionate nurse. She demonstrates top-notch knowledge and tops in patient care. All her patients love her and have told me many times over that she needs to be honored in some way. I trust her completely with my patients and know that she renders the best nursing care. I find her to be extremely intelligent and has innate compassion towards patients. She is very respectful towards her peers and providers. In addition, I have seen her mentoring new nurses and is doing an excellent job. Recently she was in full-term pregnancy herself but worked till the night she went into labor. Hours before she delivered her third child, she worked all day managing a laboring patient and partook in the delivery, and went home, only to return in full-blown labor herself. Her dedication is something I have not come across in the recent past. She is a true DAISY Nurse.
