Mallory is an extraordinary nurse. She always treats me as if I'm the only patient she has, making me feel that I am cared for. She is so compassionate and understanding, knowing how a patient feels based on their specific situation. She never sits around doing nothing. She comes to my room when meds are due to be given and checks back with me consistently to make sure I am comfortable and have everything I need. She is always updating me on what is happening, when tests will be, explaining anything I may not understand. I don't have to push the call button for her because she is always coming in to check on me and get my meds and other things (drinks, blankets) for me right away, always in a timely manner, always with a smile and positive attitude. What kindness and love she sets out into the universe by treating each patient so special and with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
