Big thanks to Al Khor Hospital for having such an amazing staff member as Ms. Manal Ben Amor. As I entered the General OPD, I was anxious since it was my first time, and I was not familiar with the place. I finished my Holter test but felt lost and didn't know where to get my money back. I was scared because I still wasn't feeling well and had palpitations.
 
When I saw a nurse, I asked her where I could go to return my money. She introduced herself as Manal. She answered my questions with a smile, helped me get a near appointment with the Cardiology clinic, and called the cardiology department to book an appointment for an Echo as well. 

She understood my feelings and concerns. I was so worried about my health condition, but Sister Manal helped me. I’m so happy and lucky to have found her that day. My appointment with the doctor and for the echo was fixed for the next week. I didn’t expect that sister Manal would call me to ensure I didn't miss my appointment for the echo. I felt reassured and satisfied; my experience in the OPD was amazing and I am grateful.

I will surely recommend AKH and tell others that not only is the hospital and service good, but the staff are too.
