... we brought our mom into the hospital with weakness and shortness of breath. Even though everyone was very nice in the ER, Mandy was the one to stick out. She showed great compassion in the health of my mom. She made her very relaxed, which can be hard for a nurse herself.

Mandy has exceptional people skills in comforting our family, while still answering any questions we had. She is a true role model for all nurses and should be very proud of everything she does.
