Marc exhibited a phenomenal level of patient care, both empathetic and kind, advocating constantly for needs he sees as vital to the overall quality of care for his patients. His approach is very hands-on making the patient feel his concern and focus from the very first interaction. As his patient, his initial response to me was so welcoming and sincere. I knew he cared about my well-being and would do whatever it took to get me on the best path to recovery for me personally. He assessed, found out what was going on and what else needed to happen almost before even I knew what I needed.
I was emotional and overwhelmed. He saw that and responded in the most caring, compassionate way. It didn't take me long to realize that this is Marc, every day. He is this for all patients. Marc is a superhuman nurse, doing superhuman things in superhuman ways, all day, every day, for every patient.
