Meg meets all criteria for this award. She listens with ears and heart to patients and her team members. She is passionate about her work, thorough, precise and skilled in dealing with all client presentation.

She has a soft but strong decisive approach to problems. She has been and continues to be my mentor as I learn my job on BHU.

Meg is always calm, organized, quietly observing the work on the unit. She makes corrective suggestions in a way that are helpful and supportive.

On the unit at night we call her "Meg-a-nurse".
