Marga sets an example asrolemodel to peers and patients. Marga always displays professionalism and interacts in a respectful and courteous manner towards peers and patients. Instead, Marga will go out of her way to assist coworkers when they are in need.

It is obvious to me that Marga enjoys teaching and wants to share her skills in nursing and knowledge in patient care to transitioning nurses. There were times throughout the shift where I was feeling overwhelmed, and Marga took the time to listen to my concerns and help me resolve those issues. She is not only a great teacher but also a caring individual. New employees would be lucky to have a chance to precept with Marga. She instills great nursing skills and techniques that new nurses may be unfamiliar with, and she makes any challenging task achievable.
Marga has excellent interpersonal skills. Anytime I was unsure of something or did not understand what she was saying. She went above and beyond to try to explain it to me in a way in which I would understand. If there was a procedure I was uncomfortable with, she would show me how to do it first and then have me do the procedure the next time.
Marga says she always tries to anticipate the needs of her patients even with the small things like blankets sheets or water. Marga tries to remember her patients'requestsso she can do these things without asking the next time she is assigned to a patient.
