She is the epitome of a highly competent nursing leader, consistently demonstrating every quality expected of a leader. Her transformational leadership has brought about significant changes that benefit both the Nursing & Midwifery Department and HMC as a whole. Leading by example, she motivates and encourages nurses and midwives to reach their full potential while upholding high-performance standards. Renowned for her in-depth analysis of issues and her clear vision and methodology for solutions, she is a leader who is both firm and fair. She advocates for patients and staff alike, and her inclusive, integrity-driven, honest, and transparent leadership style has profoundly influenced the department. Her passion and compelling vision have inspired nurses and midwives to strive for excellence. She brings out the best in those around her with her warm personality, making collaboration with her a delightful experience. She has been instrumental in the professional development of our nurses and midwives. With the support of the Corporate NMEC, she recently led the initiative to upgrade the job status for the majority of nurses and midwives at HMC. During the Covid-19 pandemic, she was at the forefront of nursing and midwifery efforts and healthcare initiatives, including those during the FIFA World Cup 2022. Her active collaboration with global health organizations has helped elevate the nursing and midwifery professions in Qatar. With over 25 years of expertise, she is passionate about staff development and national healthcare improvement. Leaders like her are rare, and it is an honor to work alongside her.
