Marianne was one of the first nurses that took care of my husband after his surgery. This surgery was an emergency situation and we did not get any education prior to the surgery. This was not the doctor or hospital's fault because my husband was requesting the surgery soon as a date was available, so we had it done quickly.

We found Marianne to always be compassionate and caring toward us. She gave us a listening ear whenever she was on the unit. She has a great ability to calm situations before they get out of control and she knows when to give hugs and is genuinely there for the entire family. She is very knowledgeable when teaching patients and families.
