Marlene Bailey was honored with the DAISY Award for the compassion and care she gave a traumatized child, who had been sitting next to a friend who was killed in a bus crash last year. "She was so good to us, wrote the youngster's mother. She not only took care of my child physically, but also emotionally and spiritually, too."
