Upon arrival around 10 pm, until her shift ended at 7 am, Marta went above and beyond to fulfill my needs both emotionally and physically. Marta made me feel at ease while in significant pain during contractions. She made me feel comfortable in ones' most vulnerable state. I didn't feel scared around 5 am when receiving my epidural because I knew I was in good hands. We talked about her own two children, it was very clear that Marta was a mother, keeping me warm and caring for me until the last minute, maybe even past her shift. It meant so much that she visited my son and me on her next shift. Marta is a wonderful nurse and person!
