I would like to comment on Martina’s incredible caring and compassion toward her patient. This patient was very confused and upset. Martina made a copy of the patient’s dog and put it on the bedside table to comfort the patient. I have been a nurse for over 35 years and have never witnessed this beautiful example of what nursing is all about.
