Mary Abraham is an exceptional team leader, patient advocate, team player, and compassionate nurse. She carries herself as a highly esteemed role model to others. She always lends a helping hand to both her colleagues and patients. She supports her unit on the 4th floor by participating in the unit-based Customer Experience Committee and Recognition, as well as the Rewards Team.
Mary helped to facilitate a supportive team by organizing and attending celebrations on the unit. For example, she planned a meal for staff on Thanksgiving and came in on her off day to participate. This helped to create an environment where the team supports one another like a second family. Mary is a patient clinical coach and recently became certified as a CVRN-BC nurse. Mary's hard work and dedication to optimal customer service and patient care has inspired many others to continue to strive for excellence!
