Recently in a conversation I found out that one evening, Mary Jo had a conversation with the mother of one of her patients. The mom lived in Erie and she was wondering if she could put lotion on the baby. Neither the mom or the NICU had lotion and Mary Jo offered to bring some in. Mary Jo called her husband before her shift ended the next morning and had her husband stop and pick up some lotion so both the mom and baby could enjoy it.
