My mother was taken to the Mercy Hospital Emergency Room with a heart attack and blood clots in her lung. Due to the pandemic we were not allowed to go up to her room. We are very thankful for Mary Rose Alvarez staying with her in this frightening time. My mom’s memory is not very good and gets afraid when she is not in her environment at home with my dad. We were extremely thankful that Mary Rose was there attending to her needs besides her mental needs. When you have someone with the care and compassion that Mary Rose has, it helps the family to cope and feel at ease that your parent is taken care of.
