I can't think of a nurse more deserving of a DAISY Award than Sue. She doesn't just care for her assigned patients. She considers the entire pod as her patients. I cannot keep track of how many times I've found Sue caring for my patients while I was in another room. She is an incredible team player. I have learned so much working alongside her. Her prioritization of patient care is just simply impressive. She knows when something has to wait and prioritizes ALL of her patients masterfully. Sue has a great work ethic and keeps unit morale up. She knows when you need a positive word of encouragement. We love Sue!

Sue has been such an incredible nurse to work with over the past year I have worked here. She is truly attentive to her patients and prioritizes their care! She has been a major assist in my growth as a nursing student and helped me understand the "why" behind specific tasks. She is everyone's cheerleader, and now it is time for her to have cheerleaders in her corner supporting her for all of her hard work! YOU GO, SUE!!

Sue is one of the best nurses on 6E. She is always willing to give an extra hand, even if it puts her behind. She has taught me so much about prioritizing patient care. She always handles emergencies with patients so well. She shows excellent care to her patients at all times. She also always has her coworkers' back and makes every shift fun to work when it's with her. I love Sue, and she definitely deserves the DAISY Award!
