Maura Keast was my nurse provider for establishing my patient and teaching the first few infusion treatments for PI or primary immunodeficiency, which requires sub-Q infusion of cutagquig. During my initial contact with Maura, she was cordial and helpful in setting up an initial date. She ensured my supplies arrived on time and were the correct items and sent an instructional video to preview before our appointment. It was very helpful! Our initial visit went very well! Her friendly yet professional style put me at ease; everything about this procedure was very unnerving for me. We reviewed the components, discussed the procedure, and went over any adverse reactions I may experience and how to address them. Maura performed the first procedure flawlessly, answering any questions that I may have had. The first visit procedure went well, with no adverse reactions. Maura checked in on me the next day. The following two visits were easy and good. Very good communication, timely visit, and professional lesson with all questions answered! Maura has outstanding communication skills and is prompt and well-mannered. Her nursing skills are excellent! She followed up with me after each visit, including my infusion yesterday, done on my own. I highly recommend Maura to any other patient who needs a caring, gentle, and professional nurse.
