Max's reputation had preceded him before I actually met him and/or knew who he was. I heard of an ex-military combat medic who was working there. Then my wife had a couple of emergency calls on the 4th floor, which required assistance from the ICU. One of those responses, I saw Max with this huge bag on his back during that response. I didn't know it was him until later on. I also saw him rush to my wife's aid during her emergency situation in the ICU with nurse Michelle and another female nurse. When Max became my wife's nurse, he was the last nurse she saw before leaving that day! I watched how he provided care to my wife. He was very thorough and intricate. He paid attention to every detail. He ensured the utmost comfort. He was professional, knowledgeable, and just downright stellar! I could not have been more amazed and impressed. He wheeled my wife out for her discharge and even got some extra phone numbers in case we needed anything. He is an excellent person to have on your staff, and I wish him so many blessings for the care he provided my wife!
