Mayra was very attentive and patient with my dad. He has dementia and at times can be difficult. She was very good at keeping us informed of his care. Mayra was in and out all day. It meant a lot to me as his daughter to see her caring attitude and willingness to troubleshoot issues. My dad has reached a point in his dementia where I can't always calm him and sometimes I escalate the situation just by being in the room. It was nice to leave the hospital feeling confident he was being well cared for.
