Mayya Costales, an RN on 3 South, is an expert in many areas. She communicates well with both patients and staff, taking her time to explain things thoroughly and completely. She works hard and serves with integrity and honor. She works diligently and shows both compassion and strength in her practice. When Mayya says she will be there, she is there. Patients have commented that "she always listened to every question or concern I had." They have also stated that regardless of how busy things were on the unit, Mayya always made time for them.
