Megan listened to me and my fears, concerns, emotional responses to the demands of being a parent from the moment she came onto her shift. She did not discard my concerns or ever make me feel like I wasn't aware of what I was experiencing (despite my Googling life-threatening conditions). She was open with me about options and was truly unbiased, unjudgmental. She treated my husband and me as if we were her own family members. Megan was very busy while I was her patient but I never knew that, and my care was still 100% individual, client-centered. She was proactive in offering me options to decrease pain following my C-section. She also went above and beyond to provide my baby, my husband and I with everything we needed. As a past SWGH employee, I can honestly say Megan is an amazing representative of SWGH's mission and vision. Thank you, Megan, we are so grateful to have met you!
