Megan shows every day why she became a nurse. Not only does she take amazing care of the patients, but she is always taking care of all of us in our department because she is our charge nurse. She always puts herself on the back burner in order to take care of the staff and patients. I have seen her over-work herself in order to keep the patients happy. She has been an amazing role model to not only me but many others. Megan never takes or gets credit where it is due.
