Megan is outstanding and sets the bar for exceptional care. Each of her patients receives the best of care because she is consistently providing great care. The patients and their needs are recognized, acknowledged and addressed. Every time I call on Megan, she is up for the task. She responds positively to extra work. She does not put off responsibility. She owns every situation. She is a take-charge person, which is a good thing in crisis or stressful situations. You can always count on Megan. She desires for her patients to receive the best care from everyone. She is a team player, helping in every situation, even when it is not about her patient. She is caring, compassionate and this shows by the care she provides. She is a great advocate for patients/families and is not afraid to speak up. I am so glad to work with her daily.
