Megan was a wonderful nurse during my stay. She was earnestly concerned about my care and needs. Her bright, calm demeanor put me at ease. Specifically, Megan understood my home situation with my autistic son. He needed me home and the doctors were keeping me just to "be safe." Megan believed me when I said that the pain was bearable and that I needed to be home. She checked and saw that my lab work was improving and advocated for what I truly needed. She repeatedly checked in with me and checked my labs over the entire day and went out of her way to lessen my stress by speaking with several doctors. She is truly compassionate and a huge benefit to Bethesda!
