Meghin has a sunny nice disposition and has been great at checking on us throughout the stay. When we got bumped from dialysis at 8AM to noon, and then to 2PM and to 8PM, which was the last thingwe needed to get discharged and go home, she understood our progressively increasing annoyance and frustration. She conveyed it to the head of dialysis for us and was able to work out a solution. She continued to follow up on our progress,helping resolve issues and keeping us informed. Meghin is not only a capable listener, but a great problem solver. My husband and I felt we were really being cared for in the best way for us!
