Mei Ling is an incredible nurse. She has worked at Harborview for 12 years in the MCICU. Whether she is in charge or not Mei Ling is always around helping out other staff. She is all over the unit making sure not only her patients are taken care of but the other patients as well. Mei Ling communicates professionally to the physicians and works well with all services.
One morning when I came in not only was Mei Ling in charge but she had picked up the care of a sick patient. It was an extremely busy shift but Mei Ling just did what needed to be done. Mei Ling always thinks of the patients first. The patients and families are so very lucky to have Mei Ling as their nurse.
