My father in law is a patient of Melanie's. On Saturday or Sunday, I met Melanie. He had a bad panic attack and she jumped right to it and got it resolved fast. From that moment on I have been very satisfied with her work ethic. Melanie has shown me there are still loving and caring people out there. So I want to say she is a blessing to have as a nurse. Anytime I have a question or concern she is there with a big smile on her face. Not one time has she said give me a minute or I'll deal with that later. She was all ears for whatever. Melanie is very easy to talk with and she listens then answers. Never has she rushed us or cut us off. I really value that. Melanie has been awesome to my father in law and me. Anytime she noticed we needed anything, whether it be ice, towels, blankets, etc., she gave it, I never had to ask for it. She definitely pays attention to the well being of her patients and guests. I want to say thank you for everything and want you and others to know she is caring and loving. Keep up the good work and continue touching the hearts of the people you come in contact with. Also, thank you for going ABOVE AND BEYOND for me with the situation I have. SMILE ALWAYS!
