I would like to tell you about my nurse Melissa Apriceno. In the last ten years, I have been in and out of the hospital a few times. During that time I have met many good nurses, this is the first time I have been taken care of by a very concerned angel. She listens intently to what I say to her. She writes down what I have told her after I finished.
I had an emergency with the tightening and pain in my chest she took immediate charge of the situation getting others in to help all the time keeping my wife and me calm and assuring all would be OK. She never stopped coming in all day just to pop her head in to make sure I was all right. She always has a smile on her face and a kind word to say about others. She exemplifies to me what a great nurse should be.
