On Monday July 14th my mom went into cardiac arrest and was rushed to St. Joseph Medical Center. Melissa Kerr went above and beyond for my mom but also for my family. My mom ended up being on a respirator and my family decided to let my mom go in peace on July 17th. Melissa was very informative and explained everything in detail what she was doing and what was done to my mom. She was very sincere and treated us all as if we were her family. I asked Melissa to be the one to turn the respirator off and a few minutes later my beloved mom was gone. In the many experiences I've had at hospitals for my mom, Melissa has to be the sweetest nurse to ever assist my mom. I wish it wasn't under these circumstances but from my heart to yours and especially from my dad, Melissa we thank you so much for all that you do and have done. To St Joseph's Hospital: you have a star on the rise.
