My dad was facing his last breaths and we as a family had to face a hard decision about what to do. Melissa Konter was so kind in explaining the options and process. She was also very helpful in helping us understand what to expect and helped us deal with a very difficult time. Her kindness and helpfulness were beyond what we could have expected. My dad was having so much difficulty grasping for breath but Melissa was there with us as a family through each last breath. She offered kindness, compassion, and caring at the most important time in life. The entire family, including his wife, brother, sister, daughters, and grandchild, were all there at the end, witnessing Melissa's help. We can’t thank her enough!
