I would like to mention the experience I had with Melody Gargroce. My dad was helicoptered in from Yosemite. I was not able to load up and drive three more hours the next day. She was so supportive to him. When I arrived with no place to stay she accommodated me with bedding for the couch. After witnessing such a busy and demanding job, she never lost her patience and was always so kind. This was such a traumatic experience for us and she made our visit here so nice. She made us feel secure and that we were very important.

When the most important person in my life was hurt, she made everything seem ok. Thank you Melody! You are a valuable asset. We are forever grateful and encouraged that there are wonderful caregivers like Melody. Someone with compassion, a smile, such a gift.
