Michael was assigned to be my nurse on many occasions and I always found Michael to be caring and compassionate and very competent. Michael would engage me in conversations which helped take my mind off of my problems and made me feel like we were friends, we had some very nice conversations.
On the days Michael wasn't assigned to me, he'd poke his head into my room to say hello and ask how I was feeling, to let him know if I needed anything.
I believe Michael will have a long, successful career in nursing, as he truly cares about his patients.
