As soon as I walked into the Pre-Op, Michael put me at ease. He had read my chart in depth enough to know I was an RN as well. He acknowledged that and proceeded in a calm, gentle manner to keep me at ease until I left his care. Kudos! Michael, keep up the good work. You give Nursing a good name! Thank you!

Very calming compassionate care on a patient undergoing surgery. Went out of his way to make sure I was well taken care of before and after surgery. Very reassuring. Excellent care.
