Michaela Bailey is an extraordinary nurse who works on the Neuro ICU floor in Kennedy WT. She is one of the most compassionate, kind and caring people I have ever met. Not only did Michaela take impeccable care of our mom during this difficult time, she always went out of her way to make sure my brothers and I were doing ok as well. She always made sure we were comfortable, answered any questions that we had, and even made sure we were eating, sleeping, and taking care of ourselves.
Michaela always went above and beyond when caring for her other patients. She always thoroughly changed and checked on our mom without any hesitation and before we could even ask. She even brought in her own powder, shampoo, and conditioner and other hygiene products just to make sure our mom was comfortable and felt at home. Michaela was always patient, thorough, respectful, and compassionate. She always took the time with us and our mom. My family and I credit her in part for my mom's amazing recovery after her stroke. Our mom always responded well towards Michaela because of her kind, loving, compassionate, motivating, and happy nature.
My family and I will forever be eternally grateful to have had Michaela there with us in our time of need and we will forever consider her part of our family!

Michaela Bailey took care of my cousin in ICU. She not only made sure that my cousin was well cared for but she made us feel like our cousin was being taken care of by one of her own family members. Michaela is warm, kind, caring, and truly a wonderful, dedicated nurse and we are so grateful to have had the opportunity to experience her genuine goodness.
