Ms. Michelle is a highly creative nurse who approaches a patient's concern with optimism, and she has a “can do“ attitude. 

She is passionate about ensuring a high quality of care to patients and never takes her eyes off, making sure the patients receive the care they needed.

One example is the time when she was frequently checking on me even though the dialysis was ongoing, and I actually didn’t need anything to ask for, yet she kept on asking, “Do you need anything, sir?” and she kept on having time for me to talk more of how am I? How was my day? These simple words truly made me feel that I am truly taken care of not just as her patient but as a friend and a family.

She effectively demonstrated the true meaning of patient and family partners and advocates.

Just a few months ago, I was forced to transfer to another facility where I could have my regular dialysis, but honestly, it is because of the nurses in CMM, especially Michelle, that I did not pursue transferring. Surely, even other patients will miss how she is advising us about the dos and don’ts and other things we have.
