Michelle has been nothing but caring since my mom came in. Michelle has made sure to care deeply for my mom and me. When she called about a procedure she was so compassionate and informational and while sharing the information she did it in a calm, truthful yet empathetic way. I have overheard Michelle discuss other patients (without identifying them) and you can tell that she really cares about her patients. Michelle has made me and my mom feel welcome and comfortable at all times. She would always check up on my mom and was always happy to help.
