Michelle Bushelman routinely provides a wonderful example of professionalism in nursing and effectiveness in leadership. In her role as a nurse she is especially effective in treating critically ill patients. She is aware of all procedures and protocols and acts to provide her patients with the highest level of professional care. In the charge nurse position she has proven to be an excellent leader. She is able to delegate responsibilities in such a way that other personnel are willing to follow. She is alert to the needs of the department.
