Michelle goes above and beyond daily, with her patients and her staff. Michelle sets the bar high for patient care. Her patients love her. She is very educational and spends extra time to be sure her patients understand what she is teaching. This rolls over into her staff also. Michelle is often educating her staff, whether it is on IVs, medication, timeliness, procedures. Michelle goes the extra mile every shift. She is constant with a positive and upbeat attitude which is contagious to patients and her staff. Michelle is also THE person you want on your staff if anything goes wrong. She blows my mind at how much she knows and how professional she is in a trying situation. Michelle is the definition of what every nurse wants to be.
