A true asset to the Medical Force!!
After open-heart surgery, Michelle was my nurse for the last two or three days. She is so warm and compassionate. She has a smile and a sense of humor. She is considerate, patient, and listens without judging. Answers questions in a way that shows true care and makes you feel important. Michelle never acted like you were a bother and took the time to explain things. She is very warm and genuine. Her medical knowledge is remarkable and she explained things to me so I could understand. A true asset to the Medical Force!! Goes above and beyond. An exceptional example of a front-line HERO.
***
Michelle was my first nurse to care for me after my extensive Whipple surgery. I cannot express adequately her compassionate caring, and always doing something to make me feel comfortable. It would be an understatement to say she went over and beyond. My pain level was very high most of the time. She did everything to elevate my concerns and tears. The best part of working with her was knowing that she was always going to be upbeat and cheerful.
I was fortunate to have Michelle several times during my stay. Lucky me!
