My oldest sister had the first grandbaby of the whole family. It was a tense time being the first and wanting everything to go smoothly. Michelle came in and was so reassuring to the mom and family. She was professional and knew what she was doing at all times. Michelle helped capture amazing moments on camera. She was easy going and great to get along with during a tough time. I am so blessed that my sister got the best medical team around to help her have this baby.

I had the privilege of bringing my daughter-in-law up to the L&D floor. From the time we walked through the doors and I saw that everyone at the desk was brightly smiling, the entire staff was friendly, nice and very professional.
