My husband had complications after his ENT surgery, where his hemoglobin dropped as low as 5.1. After an ambulance ride, a night in the ED, another surgery he was admitted to the ICU. All of our nurses were wonderful but Michelle was truly exceptional her knowledge and level of care top the charts. I didn't have to ask for anything ever as she was on it. She even bathed and shaved him which was much needed. She knew how to support the patient and family emotionally and never made us feel as if she were too busy or that we were putting her out. Michelle has a can do servant style always with a smile on her face.
