Our mother-in-law came to the Emergency Room by EMS. When we arrived, Michelle was at her bedside evaluating her. Michelle was very kind, gentle, and compassionate with her. She was calm and had a calming effect on my mother-in-law. She was very attentive to details of the event that brought my mother-in-law to the Emergency Room. Michelle educated family members about the process and diagnosis. She calmed our fears as well. Medication was given to lower my mother-in-law's elevated blood pressure. Michelle made us feel comfortable, welcome, and we were well aware she was giving professional quality care to our loved one. We appreciate Michelle so much!
