Michelle stood bright eyed with a smile for us the entire time. She did many of the simplest things to make our stay easier for my son who complimented her so many times throughout his stay. He said he was happy to see her the second night. From simple gestures of a golden heart, she goes above and beyond her job to see her patients are well cared for. We were astounded with the love and joy she gave us throughout our stay. Always on top of things like a star. She should shine because she makes the hearts and souls of those she cares for very bright! Thank you so much for your commitment to caring and loving but mostly touching each little soul you come in contact with. You shine!

In addition to being clinically sound, Michelle is a model of administrative efficiency. Her excellence at managing scheduling processes is invaluable and provides a level of stability for a large unit. She also helps to manage the payroll process and all the nuances involved in that complex system. Her ability to teach the newer members of the team has enabled the entire behind the scenes administrative processes to continue to run smoothly. As a Charge Nurse, Michelle provides excellent clinical oversight and an excellent environment for the nurses that she leads. Michelle is a credit to her unit and CHKD and we are very fortunately to have her on our team.
