Michelle's heart for nursing and her patients far exceed what anyone would call ordinary! Michelle has always been a nurse to admire for her excellent clinical skills and great patient rapport.

Recently, Michelle took on a special project involving our unit bereavement program for infant loss. She has put many hours into putting together educational material and support packets for families and staff. She spends time with families taking photos, talking, editing and putting together a keepsake album the family can take home. In doing this, she has shown a heart of compassion toward our families that come expecting a joyful occasion and leave with an unwanted loss.
