My father recently passed away from stage 4 cancer and was supported by Michelle Koski through the hospice journey. Michelle demonstrated genuine care and concern in every interaction with my dad and my entire family. She was a leader and a source of strength for our family throughout this process, and because of her, we were able to honor our dad’s wishes to die at home with us.

Michelle is authentic in her communication and relationship building and went above and beyond to support our family. Her skill as a nursing provider is exceptional, but it was her kindness, genuine care and concern, responsiveness, and authenticity that made her unforgettable. We are tremendously grateful for her and will always remember the gift she was to my dad and to our family.
