Milissa was my nurse for a big portion of my labor and delivery experience. She was very kind, dedicated, and competent in her nursing care of me, my family, and my baby. She cared for me as a whole, physical, mental, and emotional needs, as I went through a more difficult labor than expected. I felt very well cared for and had the birth I hoped for thanks to her and the whole L&D team's help. Service, communication, ownership, professionalism, and teamwork. Milissa demonstrated all of these qualities but communication was the most important to me. She was very clear through the whole process about what was happening, what would happen next and what my options were.
