Milli has helped me daily with my many questions, admissions, transfers, and various aspects of patient care.
Every single time that I go to work and I see that Millicent Gebilaguin is the break RN, I know that it is going to be a good shift. I am a new grad, and Milli has helped me daily with my many questions, admissions, transfers, and various aspects of patient care. She has a great attitude and she is the best.

Since I started working in unit 4, Millicent is one of the nurses that’s been a great resource, supportive and reliable. She is very professional, and each day I worked with her, she always had a positive attitude. She always makes sure safety first when it comes to the staff and patient care.

She knows when I'm behind and helps me a lot at break with med pass. Even without me asking because she wants to take care of us and our patients. I always know I can rely on her. Thank you Milli!

Millie was the break nurse during this shift. We had a new admission, and the patient was found to have head lice during the 2 RN skin assessment. The patient verbalized that she had lost her job a couple of months ago. She had a special needs daughter, and her husband passed away 1 month ago, and now she’s at the hospital. The patient hadn't been able to care for herself for months now, like taking a shower or even combing her hair. Millie, along with the PCT, offered to assist in the process of taking the patient to the shower, applying the medicine, and combing her matted, tangled, and dirty hair. Millie and the PCT were insistent on getting every tangle out of her hair. The entire room had to be sanitized, and linens changed in the process as well. After the hour-long process, the patient was immensely grateful. Her face lit up, and she said, “I’ve never felt cleaner!"

She is very knowledgeable and kind and caring to patients. She goes above and beyond to help patients and coworkers for patient safety, to help coworkers smooth/ flow work on the unit, and to be a very efficient charge nurse and coworker. She is a compassionate RN who goes above and beyond to help patients and staff for patient safety and wellbeing and helps staff for smooth workflow in the unit. She is a very efficient charge nurse on the floor.
