My husband had complications following a CABG requiring a second emergency surgery. Mimi was competent in keeping my husband alive and was very reassuring to me by communicating what she was doing and how the doctor was involved. She brought blankets out the green room so I could nap during the 3am surgery. She was my husband's nurse two additional shifts and continued to be very attentive, thoroughly explaining and treating the family with kindness.

Throughout the hospital, Mimi is known for her committment to teamwork and as a true leader. She is a competent charge nurse and often precepts new nurses.
